As a new service, we offer the option of direct delivery to your desired address. Simply place your order through the Berenberg online portal and enjoy the highest level of security and convenience.

Here you can access the Corporate Portal or Wealth Management Portal.

What needs to be considered?

Orders

Precious metal orders placed by 12:00 PM on a business day can be picked up the next day during business hours from 1:00 PM at the Trisor cash desk. Delivery to the cash desk is free of charge for you.

Deliveries

Value transport deliveries for orders ranging from € 10,000 to € 250,000, placed by 12:00 PM on a business day, can be delivered to your desired address within three business days for a fee of € 50 per delivery.

Selling

If you wish to sell your precious metals, you can also complete the sale directly at the Trisor cash desk.
