In close collaboration with our trusted partner Ziemann Valor, we continue to provide access to euro cash and foreign currencies, now with a new central cash desk at Trisor in Hamburg.

As a new service, we also offer our corporate clients the option of direct delivery to the office or to the ship. Simply place your order through the Berenberg online portal and enjoy the highest level of security and convenience.

What needs to be considered?

Orders

Cash orders in AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, SGD, THB, USD, and ZAR with a value of € 500 or more can be collected at the Trisor cash desk the next business day from 1:00 PM, if the order is placed by 12:00 PM.

Additional currencies can be provided upon request. Delivery to the counter is free of charge for you.

Deliveries

Value transport deliveries for corporate clients ranging from € 10,000 to € 250,000 or equivalent, when ordered by 12:00 PM on a business day, can be delivered within three business days:

To the office, € 50 per delivery, or
To the ship, price depending on time required, starting at € 380 per delivery, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
